Centurions Future Leaders Programme operates around the core values which all great leaders must embrace. The programme is designed around these principles, with the express aim to facilitate the development of such key qualities in each child who attends the Future Leaders Programme.

The Centurion’s Team

Centurions leadership team bring a wealth of diverse experience to the programme. Their mission is to distil and transfer the immense knowledge of rugby’s iconic Centurions to the next generation of leaders.

Chris Evans
Programme Director

Chris’ previous roles include Director of International Relations for the Invictus Games and heading up the Royal Air Force Leadership School. At the latter, Chris delivered leadership training to over 2000 people each year.

Edward Binham
Rugby coach

Ed’s professional rugby union career spanned a decade with the Northampton Saints. Currently the Master of Rugby at the Oratory Prep School, Ed’s experience allows him to deliver exceptional coaching for children of all ages.

Trevor Davies
Programme Manager

During a fifteen year career with the Royal Air Force Trevor experienced operations across the globe. Now a professional coach and trainer with a passion for people, Trevor’s expertise lies in helping others achieve their goals.

Phil Corral
Leadership Facilitator

A leadership specialist, Phil has delivered performance coaching and training to major corporations including SAGE, the RAF and Amazon. An expert in Neuro Linguistic and Sports Psychology, Phil’s a true expert in the leadership field.

Harry Rowlands
Rugby coach

A former professional rugby player, Harry played for London Irish and Rosslyn Park RFC. Now a qualified rugby, pilates and personal training coach, Harry’s eclectic experience allows him to deliver superb training sessions to all ages.

Bethan McMurrough
Programme Coordinator

As a child, Bethan competed in national level gymnastics events, which she believes taught her the value of leadership and teamwork. For this reason, Bethan is passionate about using sport as a vehicle to progress children’s learning.
